Who we are

The Lion’s Way

The Lion’s Way is how we play, train and carry ourselves — on the field and off it. It’s the reason players who join us don’t just get better at baseball, they get better at competing. If you want a program that holds you to a standard instead of waiting for you to meet one, this is where you belong.

01

Earn It

No roster spots handed out. Our teams are built in the offseason — in the weight room, the cage and the film room — so game day is just a receipt.

02

Go All In

Chase every ball, run every base, back every teammate. Effort is the one thing on this field nobody can take away from you.

03

Get Better Daily

Structured coaching, measurable goals and honest feedback. Talent gets you the invite; habits are what keep you on the field.

04

Represent the Pride

Teammates before titles. How you carry yourself at school, at home and on the bus is the first thing every coach is watching.

Now Recruiting New Players

Fall ball, winter training and the spring season are open to competitive, coachable athletes ready to work. Come train with us, meet the coaches and see the standard for yourself — no commitment required.

One-on-one coaching

Private Lessons

Sometimes a player needs more reps than practice can give them. Private lessons are built for exactly that — one skill, one fix, one player at a time, with a coach whose whole attention is on them.

Hitting

Swing mechanics, pitch recognition and bat control, broken down frame by frame so the fix actually carries into games.

Pitching

Mechanics, command and feel for secondary pitches, with a focus on arm care and staying repeatable deep in counts.

Catching & Framing

Receiving, framing, blocking and game management — the skills that make a catcher the coach on the field.

Infield & Outfield

Footwork, first step, exchange and throw accuracy, drilled at game speed so routine plays stay routine.

1-on-1 or small group

Player-to-coach time with no lines and no dead reps. Bring a teammate and split the session.

Scheduled around your season

Weekday evenings and weekend mornings, worked in around team practices, games and tournaments.

Goals you can measure

Every block starts with two or three specific targets and ends with what changed and what comes next.

Book a Lesson

Tell us the player’s age, what they want to work on and what days usually work, and we’ll match them with a coach and a time.
